2009 MCI Regatta

Thanks to everyone involved, the 2009 MCI held on July 25th was a great success. Despite some rainy weather at the start, all events were held on time, and the day ended with sunny, clear skies. AARC is pleased to announce the following results:

| An MCI commemorative oar bag was awarded to both the male and female athlete with the fastest (raw) overall time in a 1x sculling event. The bags are from zip-cover.com, and were donated by Michael & Carol Raisky. |

- Gregg Hartsuff, rowing under AARC colors, won the Mens Masters 1x A-C with the fastest raw time of the day at 03:39.94.
|
- Kate Graham of the Wyandotte Boat Club achieved the fastest raw time of the day in the Womens Masters 1x at 04:06.36, taking a silver medal for the event.
