Erg Training

Practices will be scalable to any level to ensure that all members are getting the most out of winter training.  In the new space we will also have access to sliders, that link multiple ergs together to practice rowing together like on the water.

There is also a Swingulator, an indoor rowing simulator that integrates the Concept 2 erg with oar handles and rowing stations to create the feeling of rowing on the water in a boat.  It will allow us to have two rowers working on rotation and squaring and feathering while also getting in a workout .

The space also features locker room space, good lighting and ventilation, and mirrors on 3 sides of the rowers to allow for instant feedback.
